It is almost time for the kiddos around here to start back to school. I have been working all this week, but could still use a few days before we get students. We are changing EVERY thing that we do at our school. New rules that are fewer and more relaxed. New scheduling. New courses. New, new, new. Fun, not really, no. While it might not be fun, I am excited about the changes. They are things that truly put the kids first and that is our job. Please send me Cool thoughts! We do not have AC in our classes and it is still around 90 degrees in the afternoon, but around 48 degrees when we leave the house in the mornings. I have Results training all day tomorrow and then it’s showtime!

We’ve had a ton of change this year, too. It’s hard to adjust, but you’ll be fine. Just remember, what you do inside your classroom is *really* whats most important and all that other stuff is icing.
